I really enjoy Mary’s yoga videos. I have a bad back, and her gentle style of yoga helps me a LOT. Having the flexibility to watch at a time that is convenient for me has been very helpful, since my schedule has been pretty complicated lately. I have even bookmarked my favorite ones so I can find them easily!

I was experiencing back problems. It got to the point where getting out of bed in the morning was a painful experience. Mary helped me immensely with a few specific yoga positions to be performed in the morning, even before getting out of bed. The contrast was amazing. The pain upon standing was reduced greatly. Her short Yoga Bits videos are easy to incorporate into your day, are a mindful and calming way to exercise, and for me act as preventative medicine against pain.
